(All deposits are nonrefundable and non transferable) Only accepting payments of CARD & EXACT CASH. There is a 2.5% processing fee when paying in card. **If you wish to come after business hours, it is a $40 fee** You can only reschedule ONCE per month 1. A 24 hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Deposits are nonrefundable within this window. 2. There is a 10 minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit is forfeited. NO SHOWS without notice are BANNED. 3. For services that don’t require a deposit, any changes, cancellations, or no shows within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you are considered a “no show”. 4. I understand emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible. For your safety and mine, please do not arrive to your appointment if you are sick. I kindly ask that you provide sufficient notice atleast 6-8 hours if you need to cancel/reschedule due to illness otherwise deposit is FORFEITED. 5. To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, I kindly ask that no extra guests and children attend appointments unless the guest is also being serviced. 6. If you have plans following your appointment, please schedule with enough time in between. I dedicate my time to ensure each service is done with care and never rushed. 7. You have up to 2 days to contact me with any concerns. Touch ups are complimentary within this timeframe. After 2 days, adjustments are no longer available.
